Wolves have a strong sense of community and take care of each other, as in our school, where our Staff foster a supportive and collaborative environment by helping each other and and working towards a common goal. Each member of our team is respected and brings different skills, knowledge, and perspectives to the table. It’s important to recognize and appreciate these individual differences and treat each member with respect and dignity. At the same time, it’s necessary to work collaboratively as a team, recognizing that everyone’s contributions are important and valuable to the group’s success. By balancing respect for individuals with value for the team as a whole, we can create a positive and productive environment.

Everyday life for a wolf is about survival. When it comes to hunting, wolves fail more often than they succeed. Rather than becoming discouraged, and giving up, wolves choose to keep going. They persevere, they learn lessons, and they improve each time. Wolves are forward thinking, and in this regard, we have a lot to learn from them.
